Recent Thatched Shelters and Gazebo Projects
We’ve celebrated our 10 years in business with our busiest year, and we are delighted to have completed so many successful projects for our customers. Craftsmanship, premium products and friendly service are at the heart of what we do, and the opportunity to provide this unique combination to many more customers in 2015 has been a great achievement for us. Here is an overview of some of our most recent projects!
Lullingstone Castle – a large bespoke thatched shelter This stunning setting in Kent is home to the World Garden of Plants, and they chose a unique shelter, designed specifically to their needs to provide a covered seating area for their guests in future years. The shelter is 5 metres in diameter, and has an exterior thatch roof, but with a timber internal roof, and set atop 4 natural hardwood poles from South Africa. |

Residential Lapa We recently completed this Lapa in an established residential garden. Primarily to be used as an entertaining space, this Lapa has a traditional thatched roof and chimney, and is constructed from a hardwood pole structure. The space is due to be finished with a timber floor by the customer and is a truly striking garden building at their residence. |

Isle of Wight Premium Gazebo Set within a retirement village, this premium round gazebo has been installed at the request of this established home builder, in order to enhance the garden area for residents and their visitors. Our team enjoyed the couple of days spent at this site and completed a fantastic building including bespoke seating perfectly crafted to fit the gazebo. |

Residential 2.8m Gazebo This small but perfectly formed gazebo is from our premium range. The customer chose to benefit from the internal timber roof and curved balustrades of the premium design, finished with a thatch tile roof. At 2.8m diameter, it can seat 5 people and will be great to use in all weather with the addition of our UV and mould resistant canvas panels. |
